My moonlit path gives way to the morning sun that breaks. I cast my cares unto the Supreme Being of Divine Light. My steps are now lighter as I find myself giggling with the wind swept trees. I bow to my knees, O’ Great Creator, Thank You for my Life and my Scenic View. I take in the Deep Blue Sky. The world is coming alive. Red winged black birds graze passed me. Coffee in hand, I enjoy the little yellow finches, hummingbirds, blue birds, mourning doves, robins, cardinals, chickadees, and red headed pileated woodpeckers. Dandelions grow in abundance spotting the green grass reflecting all sunlight. I have found heaven in my forever home. A slice of spring delights the senses as fresh cut grass awakens me and the pollen dances tickling my nostrils. I am thankful for being alive to be able to share my history, my present, and hopeful for a future bonded in love. I am in love with the spring in my steps. We are healing all of the time for things we don’t even mention. Let’s continue to heal together.
