Falling in love with characters

Dispelling fear where page

Meets image

It can become a mirror or reflection

It can be fantastical or

Expose a society to itself

Real life dramas

Bringing light or

Coming out of the darkness

Writing the world how I’d like it to be or

Project an image of the woman I want to become

Writing is a relationship

Dynamic, cathartic, untrammeled

Rolling emotions

Playing like a spoiled brat or

Finding a way to self-protect

The triumph in the tragedy

The song in the words

Painting pictures

Savoring before digesting

I love its lingering taste

Writing is a relationship
